Compact laser unequal path interferometer (LUPI) mounted on 3 axis stage well suited for testing off-axis parabolas and collimators. TS1 Spherical Lens Tester (f/0.70)
Vertical interferometer for measuring small spherical and aspherical lens surfaces, down to 0.50mm radius of curvature and 0.30 mm diameters. Ability to measure uncoated and AR coated components makes this system versatile for manufacturing and incoming quality control departments.
Fused silica/quartz homogeneity tester (100 mm aperture)
Horizontal phase-shifting interferometer with oil on plates for testing boules up to 12 inch thick. 12” x 36” footprint excluding PC cart. Upgrade options available for polished homogeneity method and expanding test aperture to 150 mm.
Plano 30 Up Flatness Tester
Interferometer for small plane optics up to 30 mm diameter, with interchangeable sample holder on tip/tilt stage. Compact size (8” x 8” x 8”) allows installation nearly anywhere, without the hassle of a vibration isolation table. Can be mounted on movable cart along with supplied WIN11 64 bit PC.
